Rethinking European Development and Security (REDS)

The REDS Seminar Series aims to deepen the research agenda on the new challenges facing Europe, especially on its eastern flank, and to build intellectual and institutional bridges across Stanford University.

Global Populisms

The Global Populisms project examines the surge in populist movements and what it means for established democratic rules and institutions, focusing on four broad themes: the diversity of populisms, the context of party competition, the role of immigration, and the role of international linkages in fomenting populism.
